Holiday Clubs

Open to all boys and girls of all abilities aged 5 – 14 years old.

Our Holiday Clubs run during school holidays at various venues around the south York area.

Places are reserved on a first come, first served basis as we are limited to numbers at certain locations. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Standard Day 10am – 3pm. £15
Extended Day 8:30am – 4:30pm. £21

Morning Session 8:30am – 3pm. £18
Afternoon Session 10am – 4:30pm. £18

To book a space simply click on the sessions you would like to attend and proceed with booking. Once your booking is complete you can pay by Card Online Now, Bank Transfer or Cash.

Card Online Now –

Once you have completed the booking form you will be prompted to pay by credit/debit card. Follow the instructions and arrange your payment. Please note that the booking operator charges a platform fee for all payments facilitated and processed online. That fee is 4.5%+20p of the total transaction amount.

For example, if the cost is £30.00, you will be charged an additional £1.55, making your total transaction fee £31.55

Information regarding the holiday clubs :

Children will be placed in to age and ability specific groups and supervised at all times. If you have any questions please contact us.

Our Holiday clubs are great fun and include world cup tournaments, penalty shoot outs, small sided games, 1v1’s, 2v2’s, 3v3’s, head tennis, cross bar challenge, free kick competitions, football golf and many more in a safe and secure environment. Through our coaching, players will develop their technical, psychological, physical and social skills and make lots of new friends.

What to bring:
* Refillable Water bottle
* Suitable clothing for the weather on the day and being outdoors.
* Football trainers and/or boots.
* Shin pads.
* Packed lunch
* Snacks x 2
* Sun Cream (to be applied by the Parent/Child prior and during themselves).
* Hat for sunny conditions.
* A change of kit is recommended but not essential.

COVID 19 Guidance

Throughout the pandemic we’ve put the safety of you, your children and our staff first and we’ll continue to do so when we re-open.
Your booking is COVID-19 FINANCIALLY RISK FREE! If we were to have to cancel your camp due to COVID-19, we’ll offer you a credit or refund. If your child has to self isolate, we’ll give you a credit to use another time.
Our team are working to ensure that we’re always fully up to date with the current guidance and we have all the safety measures put in place to be able to deliver maximum fun in a safe environment.

National guidance:

– We kindly ask that all guidelines are adhered to and please read our booking terms and conditions, behaviour and safeguarding policies on our website prior to attending our course.

We’ll make adjustments to our programme to ensure COVID-19 appropriate activities. There’ll be additional COVID-19 risk assessments, processes and signage at camp.
There’ll be additional hand washing and sanitising throughout the day as well as additional cleaning of facilities and equipment.
Parents will be asked to confirm their child has no symptoms when entering camp, as will all members of staff. Staff will be equipped with appropriate PPE when in contact with parents and administering first aid.
As per government guidance, children who are 11+ years old will need to wear masks in communal areas. They’ll also need a small/plastic bag to keep their mask in and preferably wear clothing with pockets so they can keep their bagged mask with them at all times.

What happens if there is symptoms at camp ?
Parents will be asked to confirm their child has no symptoms when entering camp.
If a child develops COVID-19 symptoms at camp they will be taken to a dedicated isolation area and their parent/s will be immediately informed. The child will remain in the isolation area until their parent or guardian are able to collect them.
On collection we will ask that the child has a test and that we are informed of the results as soon as possible.
Once the child has left camp all areas where they’ve been and resources they’ve touched will be fully cleaned and disinfected.
If we have news of a confirmed case of COVID-19 at camp we’ll immediately contact the DfE and apply the specific advice given.

What happens if camp has to close ?
If we’re unable to operate our camp during the week you book, we will move your booking to another week during that holiday, or to another season in the year. Where this isn’t possible, we’ll give a credit note to use with us another time, or we’ll offer you a full refund. See our website for terms and conditions.

What happens if your child has to self isolate ?
Your booking is risk free. If your child has to self isolate due to COVID-19 we’ll offer to change your dates or give you a credit note. See our website for terms and conditions.

What happens if the weather is bad?
Due to COVID restrictions we do not have access to the clubhouse and therefore, we are unable to shield from severe weather conditions. We provide gazebo’s to shelter from the sun and short intervals of rain, however these measures are only temporary. We will always try to ensure that the camp goes ahead as scheduled, however there maybe occasions of severe weather that make the camp unsafe to continue. If this does occur then the camp may need to shut at short notice. Children will be kept safe until a time when they can be collected and full refunds given.

Children MUST NOT bring any toys/books or other related items to the club.
Children MUST NOT share food or drink.
Where possible, please have one parent/carer dropping off/picking up the attending child. If you have young children that are not attending the club they must stay with you at all times and social distance.
No persons are permitted to enter the clubhouse building at any point other than for toilet use.
Parents to drop children off at the front of the pitches where a member of the ASFA team will be there to greet them.
Hand washing and Hand sanitizer points in and around the clubhouse ensuring good practice around hygiene.
PPE to be worn by members of the ASFA team if an injury occurs.
Children will gather their own belongings themselves. Coaches are advised not to touch children’s items.
Regular cleaning of the equipment and facilities will be undertaken by ASFA.
